Sam F. Davis And Withers Stakes Previews

Posted By Fairway Jay on February 6, 2021

Following last weekend’s Road to the Kentucky Derby prep races, two more are scheduled on the opening weekend of February. The $250,000 Grade III Sam F. Davis at Tampa Bay Downs comes on Super Bowl weekend in Tampa, Florida. The 1 1/16 mile race for 3-year-olds offers Kentucky Derby qualifying points to the top 4 finishers (10-4-2-1).

So does the $250,000 Grade III Wither Stakes at Aqueduct in Queens, New York – the first 1 1/8 mile Derby prep of the season.

In more than 30 states in the U.S., you can bet on the races at leading online horse racing platforms like TwinSpires and TVG. They offer high-quality betting experiences for those who enjoy horse racing. TwinSpires and TVG also provide handicapping tools, race previews and picks along with news to keep you informed on what’s happening in horse racing.

Check out the race preview highlights on Saturday, Feb. 6.
